Yo Network Risk Disclosure
Participating in Yo Network involves significant financial, technical, and regulatory risks. This disclosure highlights key considerations you must evaluate before interacting with the protocol. The list is not exhaustive.
1. Smart Contract Risk
Although Yo Network code is publicly verifiable, undiscovered vulnerabilities, logic bugs, or economic exploits could enable actors to drain funds or disrupt expected behaviour. Smart contracts are immutable; once deployed, fixes require new deployments and user migration. Audits reduce but do not eliminate risk.
2. Market & Liquidity Risk
Token prices, yields, and liquidity conditions can change rapidly. Sharp downturns may cause plan returns to lag behind projections or become uneconomical.
3. Oracle & Infrastructure Dependencies
Yo Network integrates third-party price feeds, RPC services, and cross-chain relayers. Failures or malicious manipulation of these services could impair contract logic and result in losses.
4. Regulatory Uncertainty
Laws governing digital assets continue to evolve. Jurisdictions may impose new requirements, restrict access, or classify certain DeFi activities as regulated financial services.
5. Operational Security
Compromise of your wallet, private keys, or connected devices can lead to immediate and irreversible loss. Verify URLs and permissions before signing any transaction.
6. No Insurance or Guarantees
Yo Network does not provide deposit insurance, guaranteed yields, or principal protection. Historical performance is not a promise of future results.
7. Personal Responsibility
By using Yo Network you agree to assume full responsibility for your actions. Perform ongoing monitoring of positions and review smart contract updates.
